Best smoothies in the valley. Prepared fresh.

The food is decent for on the go but I can't, in good conscience, eat there knowing how much garbage is generated. Highly disappointing to see a place advocating "green" and "health" creating so much plastic trash from one meal. Instead of having each ingredient in a plastic cup to be thrown away, maybe use a measured scoop? Also, why does it take so long (10-15 min) to get a bowl of premeasured ingredients?

Excellent smoothies and great food! If you haven't been here, I highly recommend it!

Awesome sandwiches AND smoothies

It was busy today but my smoothie was not good. Supposed to be mango banana orange but all I can taste is banana. ☹

How many flavors of smoothies and excellent healthy sandwiches and salads. Staff is always very friendly.

Delicious Smoothies and Healthy food options. Staff is friendly and attentive. They have a "Happy Hour" also from 7am-9am with discounted smoothie peices. I'd definitely recommend.

Only giving then a one star because it seem's they always close early rather then what there actual times are, other then that there smoothies are amazing

A fair bit overpriced, but maybe just because I’m poor LOL! Delicious smoothies — was a lot less sweet than I was expecting, and personally, I think that’s a great thing. The size of the cups is very generous. To top it all off, the man serving my partner and I was very kind, funny, and engaging. Wonderful staff, wonderful smoothies, and a comfy atmosphere. Would recommend!

Island Green smoothie is magic in your mouth and the dude behind the counter is super friendly. Win.

First time there and everything was delicious food and smoothie. Staff was all very kind and the service was fast. The sizes were of the smoothie and food were huge and worth the prices. Definitely recommend!

The smoothies and wraps are pretty great, here. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried it out, and the wraps keep me coming back when I need a healthier lunch option.

Opening 15 minutes late because of equipment failure is an embarrassment, I would feel humiliated if I ran that place today. Couldn't get what I wanted because of a lack of discipline and I had to leave for school. It's a shame to be frank.

drinks taste so good here! prices are good because they give you a lot and it is not overly watered down. also, staffs are very friendly and flexible with payments and orders

A little pricey but good food.

I like the refill program they had or maybe still have. I was working at a project nearby for a few weeks a couple years ago it was convenient to run over and get refills on the cup they sell.

I usually love going to tropical smoothie all the time but recently they have been messing up my orders a lot. My friend and I waited more than 30 minutes for 3 smoothies. We heard them call out my friend’s smoothies and we made a comment about it and they said they would remake them. They forgot to remake them. They deleted my order off of the order screen after it turned red, which I also work with food and I know that having a red screen isn’t a good thing, so I understand if they were busy. But they weren’t.So after they finally remade my friend’s order they haven’t handed out mine yet. I asked for it and they said that they didn’t see it at all. I said that I paid awhile ago and that I was waiting with my friend. They looked for my order on the screen, found it and made it 10 minutes later. I usually don’t mind delays on my orders since I understand things happen but more than 30 minutes for one smoothie? It wasn’t even a superfood smoothie, just a basic sunshine smoothie.

Just came in for a wrap, was greeted with a smile and left with delicious food. Wish i had bought another or a shake, but still worth the visit!

Just pure understaffed.

Whether you're looking for a quick to-go lunch order or just hanging out, Tropical Smoothie has it all covered. Their smoothies are not only well made, but the Styrofoam cups they use insulate the temperature of the smoothie really well to keep the nice coolness of the smoothie even in the hot summer heat. Their sandwich and salad are all solid as well given that they're all made fresh on-site. Overall, a solid local eatery.

Besides Freshii in Appleton, this is the best place to get smoothies. Food is very good and reasonably priced. I visit this place almost weekly.

Smoothie tasted like soap. Maybe cleaned the machine but didn't rinse. Threw my smoothie out. Coworker had most bread.
